Non-Compete Agreement and Waiver Form

I, hereinafter referred to as the "Trainee", hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Non-Compete Agreement and Waiver Form ("Agreement") with iBNL or "Beauty Academy”.

Confidential Information: During my participation in training, workshops, and courses offered by iBNL, I understand that I may gain access to proprietary and confidential information, including but not limited to techniques, methods, business strategies, and trade secrets, hereinafter referred to as "Confidential Information".

Non-Disclosure and Non-Use: I agree that I will not disclose, use, replicate, or distribute any Confidential Information gained during my training with iBNL for any personal or commercial purposes, including engaging in any business or profession that directly competes with the services offered by iBNL, for a period of two (2) years from the date of signing this Agreement.

Legal Remedies: I acknowledge that any unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information may result in legal actions against me, seeking injunctive relief and damages.

Waiver and Acknowledgment:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in iBNL's training programs involves inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

No Refund, All Sales Final: I acknowledge that all payments made to iBNL and Body Contouring & More, LLC are non-refundable, and I understand that all sales are final.

Release and Waiver: In consideration of my participation in iBNL's training programs, I hereby release iBNL, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the training programs.

I have read and understood the terms of this Non-Compete Agreement and Waiver Form. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering into this Agreement and by checking the box on this form my acceptance and agreement to the terms stated herein.
